Most of Ferndale was spared from enduring power outages during last night’s high winds but the neighbors on Douglas Road did not fare as well.
According to Puget Sound Energy (PSE), over 200 of their customers in this Ferndale neighborhood lost power about 11pm last night and, as of 6:30am, remain without power. The cause is under investigation.
PSE estimated at 1:45am that power would be restored by 6:30am.
