WSDOT reported the road was reopened at 6pm to all traffic in both directions.
The event was cancelled last year due to government mandates during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As officers were arriving, they spotted the suspect vehicle leaving the area at a high rate of speed.
Over 3,000 Puget Sound Energy customers were without power, some reportedly until 3am.
“Now that supply has caught up with demand, we’re able to accommodate people who show up without an appointment.”
The boys' quick thinking and actions resulted in extinguishing the fire.
The crossing can be expected to be closed for an extended time.
