The National Weather Service Air Stagnation Advisory for the Ferndale area has been discontinued.
Fortunately, in spite of the weather changes which brought clear skies and colder temperatures, the expected decrease in air quality failed to occur.
The following graph details the WAQA measurements recorded at the Northwest Clean Air Agency air quality monitoring station in Custer (blue bars are the measurements – green zone represents “Good” quality range).
