Applications for permits have been submitted for 2 four-plex townhouses to be built on what is currently a vacant lot.
Ferndale Associates, LLC have applied for permits from the city as they are planning to build 2 four-plex townhouses at 2031 Alder Street (see map below), the west corner of Alder Street and 2nd Avenue.
According to documents submitted to the city, each four-plex will have two 2-bedroom and two 3-bedroom units with 2.5 bathrooms and an attached single-car garage for each unit.
