FERNDALE, Wash. — Due to flood waters over the roadway, Whatcom County Public Works officials announced at 2:35pm today, January 7th, they would be closing Slater Road between Ferndale Road and LaBounty Drive “within the hour.”
Detour signage was set in position earlier today in anticipation of the closure.
