Many are asking the question, “How are the roads in and around Ferndale?” The answer is somewhere between great and impassable depending on the roads to be traveled.
Much like the drive around town a couple days ago, conditions vary widely depending on whether a road has been plowed, the amount of traffic it has seen and the presence of any slope. And, as a few days ago, the biggest challenges can be found getting out of a parking lot, a driveway or a side street.

Temperatures have risen slightly this morning but, as of noon, continue to remain in the mid 20s, well below freezing.
Many businesses and organizations have announced late openings and closures today.
