Horizon Middle School will be the center of attention tomorrow morning during a large-scale emergency drill that will be visible to people in the area.
Ferndale School District officials warn there will be a large response to the school beginning Thursday about 9am until noon that will include law enforcement, fire and aid response units. This response will also include at least one helicopter which will fly in. Two mannequins representing injured persons will be loaded aboard and the helicopter will then take off.
