BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Jason Allen John, age 50, was arrested by Everett Police on November 12th and booked into the Snohomish County Jail about 5pm charged with suspicion of 2 gross misdemeanors and felony possession of a stolen vehicle.
John was the subject of a Bellingham Police Department advisory and request for assistance after he walked from PeaceHealth St Joseph Medical Center on November 11th after being taken into custody by BPD following a no contact order violation, high-speed pursuit and crash. He was brought to the hospital to have his injuries assessed and treated prior to arrest and booking at the Whatcom County Jail.

John has been arrested several times by BPD recently. Arrest dates appear as follows with corresponding charges according to Whatcom County Jail records.
- September 2, 2024 – assault in the fourth degree DV, unlawful imprisonment DV
- released from custody on September 3rd after posting $20,000 bond or $2,000 cash bail
- September 27, 2024 – taking a motor vehicle without permission, violation of a no contact order, felony harassment, possession of a stolen vehicle, obstructing a police officer
- released from custody on October 3rd after posting $120,000 bond or $12,000 cash bail
- October 7, 2024 – violation of a no contact order with 2 prior convictions
- released from custody on October 7th after posting $1,000 bond or $100 cash bail
As of November 13th, John is in custody in the Snohomish County Jail pending being able to post a $2,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Snohomish County District Court on November 13th.
