The Ferndale School District today announced the retirements of three key staff. They are:
- Elvis Dellinger, Executive Director of Special Projects
- Vic Randall, Director of Grades 7-12 Athletics & Activities
- David Hutchinson, Horizon Middle School Principal (will retire at the end of the school year).
In addition, Aaron Kombol, Ferndale High School Principal, will be taking a two-year leave of absence to accept a principal position abroad in Saudi Arabia. It is expected he will return afterwards but not necessarily to the same position at the high school.
The community is invited to be part of the process for hiring new administrators to fill these positions through participation in community forums hosted by the School District.
