Flags to fly at half-staff in remembrance of Atlanta violent crime victims

President Joe Biden issued a proclamation today, March 19th, ordering US flags at federal properties be immediately lowered to half-staff “As a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on March 16, 2021, in the Atlanta Metropolitan area.” Governor Inslee issued a similar proclamation ordering the same at state properties.

Flags are to be flown at half-staff until sunset, March 22nd.
