BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Seattle office and the Bellingham Police Department posted the following poster today, Friday, July 24, 2026.

Conley has ties to Tucson, Arizona; Bellingham and Puyallup, Washington; Aurora, Colorado; and Los Angeles, Torrance, and Bakersfield, California.
CAUTION
The FBI’s Seattle Field Office is assisting the Bellingham Police Department in Washington with the search for Devariae Montrel Conley. Conley was arrested on April 20, 2020, for violent felony assault with domestic violence tag in Bellingham, Washington. In late February of 2023, Conley was convicted at trial in the Superior Court of the State of Washington for Whatcom County. Prior to sentencing, Conley fled which resulted in the issuance of felony arrest warrants.
On February 28, 2023, Conley was charged with Failure to Appear in the Superior Court of the State of Washington for Whatcom County, Bellingham, Washington, and a state warrant was issued for his arrest.
