Local farmers and craftspeople now have another Ferndale area location for selling produce and products. The Pleasant Valley Farmers Market opened last week at 4076 Bay Road, near the intersection of Kickerville and Bay Roads. According to property owner Dean Clees, the first day went extremely well. “We had two area farm stands and Back In Thyme lavender shop show up. Many area farmers stopped by to check it out and see about showing up in the future.”
The Pleasant Valley Farmers Market is scheduled to be open Wednesdays from 3pm to 7pm.
