Mill Creek Police are asking the public to report any information regarding the whereabouts of 1-year-old Chiara Harkness and her mother, Gabriella Harkness.
According to a EMPA report issued this morning, they were last seen at 16217 27th Dr SE, in Mill Creek.

Click for more informationThe mother and infant left the address this morning believed to be with David Merino who has a protection order in place. The mother and Mr. Merino have a lengthy history of physical domestic violence and the manner in which the mother and infant left is unexplained and suspicious.
Chiara is a 1-year-old Hispanic female with brown eyes and black hair. She stands 2-foot tall and weighs 20 to 25 pounds. She has a birth defect on a toe (unknown which) that is bent under the foot. She was last seen wearing a blue flower dress.
Gabriella is a 22-year-old white female with brown eyes and brown hair. She stands 5-foot 9-inches tall and weighs 115 pounds.
David is a 30-year-old Hispanic male with brown eyes and black hair. He stands 5-foot 9-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
They may be in a white 2016 Volkswagen GTI with California license plates 7RYB200.
Anyone with information about the suspect and victim are asked to call 9-1-1.
