SKAGIT COUNTY, Wash. — About 7am on Saturday, October 25, 2025, Puget Sound Energy began receiving reports of power outages in the Sedro-Woolley and Burlington areas in Skagit County.
Soon after, the Sedro-Woolley Police department issued a statement.
Most of Woolley and Burlington are currently without power likely because of a MVC at Wicker Rd and Fruitdale Rd. Officers extracted the subjects from the vehicle and have them safely away from the scene. PSE Crews are on the way. It is likely going to be an extended delay because of the damage done to multiple transformers.

As of 10am, PSE reported 14,648 homes and businesses were without power in Skagit County
