FERNDALE, Wash. — Whatcom County Public Works Maintenance and Operations has scheduled the following Ferndale area roads for pre-level work during the period Monday, July 8th through Friday, July 12th, between 6am and 8pm.
- Mountain View Road
- Elder Road
- Olson Road
- Ferndale Road
Drivers are advised to expect longs delays and to use alternate routes when possible.
County crews will first perform this pre-level work and later do chip seal work on these and other Ferndale area roads.
Roads scheduled for chip seal work later this summer are:
- Barr Road (south of Unick to Douglas)
- Brown Road
- Church Road
- South Douglas Road
- Elder Road
- Ferndale Road
- Haxton Way
- Imhof Road
- Lake Terrell Road
- Lampman Road
- Mountain View Road
- North Star Road
- Olson Road
- Rainbow Road
- Storr Road
- Thornton Road
- Ulrich Road
- Unick Road
- Walltine Road (east of Lake Terrell Road)
- Walltine Road (west of Elder Road)
