6:35am: Good morning. It is a cool and wet morning outside. Temperatures around Ferndale are in the low forties and a third of an inch of rain has fallen since 8:30pm yesterday with more expected today.

6:20am: Good morning. It is a mild morning in Ferndale with temperatures in the low forties and breezy winds. There has been no measurable precipitation since 9pm yesterday. But we are due to receive over an inch rain between tonight and Friday.

6:45am: Good morning.  This morning is rather calm after a surprise blustery but brief bout with wind last night between 9pm and 11pm. Winds approaching 50mph were recorded in Ferndale. It’s currently a calm and dry low to mid-forties morning.

6:50am: Good morning. It’s in the low forties this morning, down from a relatively balmy high forties that arrived with a few light wind gusts about 9pm last night until 3am this morning. There was a little bit of rain between 4am and 5am this morning which explains the sheen on the roads.
