Saturday morning update

6:45am: Good morning. The rain began after 2am and is continuing with around a quarter of an inch officially expected today (although we are already just short of that amount already). With temperatures around Ferndale in the upper 30s, the chance of freezing precipitation is low.

Today’s Ferndale weather forecast expects the sky to remain cloudy with more showers in the afternoon. The high temperature will be in the mid-40s with winds 10 to 20mph from the east-southeast. The chance of rain is officially 100% during the day and 50% tonight with total rainfall around a quarter of an inch.
