Spokane County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a child who was last seen at Mead, WA and is believed to be in danger.
The victim was taken by her biological father yesterday. The suspect recently got a new job but quit this morning at 10:00 AM. He reportedly tried to sell the child’s stroller yesterday for money to go to a garage sale. Has a history of drug use and bi-polar activity. Attempts to contact him have not been successful and there are concerns for the child’s welfare.
The child’s name is Summer C Fechner, she is a 16-months-old white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be 3 ft tall and weigh 24 Lbs. She was last seen wearing white/brown and pink sundress.
Authorities say the child may be in the company David W Reed, a 37-year-old white male with brown hair and brown eyes . He is believed to be 6 ft and 2 in tall and weigh 200 Lbs.

They may be traveling in a 1993 Green FORD EXPLORER with WA license plate #BFW5796.
