Southeast sustained winds of 25 to 35mph with gusts to 50mph are expected in the Admiralty Inlet Area, San Juan County, Western Skagit County and Western Whatcom County.
Strong winds are expected to develop Wednesday morning and continue through the afternoon.
There have been over 10 separate high wind events during this winter season in the Ferndale area.
