Dozens of other roads are reportedly impacted with water over the roadway.

A rockslide is to blame for a full closure of the North Cascades Highway (SR20). The roadway is closed at milepost 130 east of Newhalem near Diablo Lake due to rocks in the roadway. The Washington State Department of Transportation reports some of the rocks are over 200 feet long. No estimate for reopening has been made.
