Whatcom Libraries offer free virtual meetings with lawyers

WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — The Whatcom County Library System (WCLS) is partnering with Law Advocates to connect Whatcom County residents with free legal help regarding civil law questions. Residents may schedule virtual consultations with lawyers from their homes or at the county library buildings listed below.

Virtual appointments are currently being made available at the Deming, Ferndale, Lynden and South Whatcom libraries from 1pm to 4pm on alternate Saturdays.

To schedule an appointment with a lawyer, contact Melinda Jackson via email to MelindaJ@lawadvocates.org or by calling (360) 671-6079, extension 16.
