WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — The Washington State Department of Health reported today it has revoked the home care aide credential of a Whatcom County man that was issued in December of 2021.
In December 2025 the Department of Health revoked Chance Damien Fritz’s (HM61228092) home care aide credential.
In August 2025, Fritz was placed on the Department of Social and Health Services’ long-term care abuse and neglect registry, which disqualifies him from working with vulnerable adults and from being certified or maintaining certification as a home care aide.

According to a Notice of Determination document from Washington State Department of Health dated December 2, 2025, Fritz was found to have “financially exploited a vulnerable adult” and the time frame for appealing the finding had lapsed.
