Sherie Beck via Facebook
They have been out there all afternoon
Jerene LaVeille via Facebook
You are amazing.

I just want to say that the City of Ferndale water department and Cascade Natural Gas folks are awesome. They spent most of the afternoon fixing a water main break off Axton road. When they finally got it all back on, it blew out again at Judy Way and Deer Creek. Rather than have two families be without service, they are here in full force identifying and fixing the problem. By the way, it’s freezing out there right now.
Update 6:45pm
Public Works advised they have begun restoring water pressure to the lines. According to Public Works Foreman James Slaughter,
Bringing system back on line now. We start it up slow so we don’t cause problems else where in the system.

Original Story
