BLAINE, Wash. — Officials with City of Blaine say Pipeline Road between Odell Street and Yew Avenue has been closed to all traffic in both directions.
The closure was announced about 1pm today, November 28th, as heavy rains caused surface and river water flooding.
Traffic will be detoured via Boblett Road.
No estimate for when the road will reopen was available.
