7:35am: Good morning. There have been a few sprinkles of rain this morning but not enough to show up on any rain gauges. Temperatures are in the upper 50s around Ferndale under overcast skies.
TRAFFIC
Washington Street between Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue remains closed to through traffic at least until September. The official detour route is via Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue.
Augustine Drive neighbors need to remember access their block from Artist Drive since the road will be closed at Gardiner Drive today.

Click for more informationThe Lummi Ferry (Whatcom Chief) will suspend service this afternoon between 12:30pm and 1:20pm for scheduled refueling.
I-5 roadwork between Ferndale and Blaine has been suspended until Monday night due to weather.
