- 8am A procession from Anacortes to the Peach Arch Park in Blaine will pass through Ferndale on I-5 this morning around 8:45am in commemoration of the 9/11 terrorist attacks of 2001. The procession will be in the right lane and led by Whatcom County Sheriff motorcycles.
