The following is the schedule for Ferndale teachers during their walkout today per the Ferndale Education Association (the union):
8:00 Gathering at Centennial Riverwalk Park to make signs.Park by the former library building near Pioneer Park or on the side streets.
8:30-10:00 Picketing along the bridge and Main Street. Our two priorities are safety and visibility. PLEASE follow all pedestrian laws, particularly the use of crosswalks.
Clean up and CARPOOL to Bellingham. Park at Garden Street United Methodist Church at 1326 N Garden St.
