Updated: Structure fire near Lynden on Guide Meridian forcing temporary road closure

First responders are on-scene of a fully involved structure fire in the area of E Bartlett Road and the Guide Meridian. Law enforcement closed the Guide Meridian northbound lanes in the area to traffic.

First responders were dispatched today, March 30th, at about 11:25am.

Drivers are advised to avoid the area for the time being.

Update 12:30pm: 1 northbound lane of Guide Meridian is open as are all southbound lanes.
