FERNDALE, Wash. — Property on Portal Way that was previously slated to be home to a business park and manufacturing facility is now destined to house storage facilities.
Pioneer Post Frame is currently building the first of several buildings they are referring to as the Pioneer Flexspace premium storage condominiums at 6407 Portal Way.
According to the Pioneer Flexspace website, the storage condo units are over 50-feet in length and will provide 2,175-square-feet of space and be equipped with bathrooms including some with showers. Units also include a loft area for storage or office space.
