Update 6:20pm: Neighbors report power has been restored and PSE indicates none of their customers in the impacted area are without power now. Neighbors reported there were crews working on the downed lines between Grandview Road and Brown Road on Vista Drive. This was also the scene of live wires in the road Thursday morning during the windstorm.
Update 5:45pm: Power is now out to about 50 fewer PSE customers. The estimate for restoring power to the rest remains at 10pm tonight. The cause remains under investigation.

Nearly 400 of Puget Sound Energy’s customers have been without power in north Ferndale today.
According to PSE, a little after 8am they received report of an outage impacting neighbors along Grandview Road, Brown Road and Aldergrove Road between I-5 and N Star Road (see map below).
The cause of the outage remained under investigation as of 1:15pm and the estimation for when power would be restored set to 10pm tonight.
