A pedestrian crossing 1st Avenue at Main Street was struck by a vehicle Sunday evening about 6pm.

The vehicle was making a left turn onto 1st Avenue from Main Street when it struck a pedestrian who was walking in the crosswalk, Ferndale Police Sergeant Travis Card said.
