Phyllis Worthington, age 78, passed peacefully from dementia. She was proceeded in death by Harold Worthington, her husband of 56 years. She is survived by her partner William McGee, her son Harold III (Kerrie Lynn), daughters Jacquie (Ed) and Sandi (Rod), sister-in-law Cindy Zuidema (Vic) numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews along with lots of friends. She was dearly loved and will be missed by many.
