Whatcom County Public Works announced today they have scheduled chip sealing work on Ferndale area roads starting Monday, July 9th, through Thursday, July 12th, between the hours of 6am and 6pm. Roads where chip seal work is expected to occur next week include the following Ferndale area roads in unincorporated areas of Whatcom County.

- Bay Road
- Creasy Road
- Custer School Road
- Delta Line Road
- Faris Road
- 4th Street (Custer)
- Grandview Road
- Jackson Road
- Main Street (Custer)
- Vista Drive
- Wiley’s Lake Road
- Woodland Road
- Zell Road
Drivers are advised to use alternate routes when possible and to plan for delays through the work areas.
