FERNDALE, Wash. — West Coast Self-Storage Group announced in a press release that it has begun managing Pacific Self Storage located at 5120 Pacific Highway.
According to the release, Pacific Self Storage includes 791 storage units, with a mix of drive-up access units and interior heated units. It also has an on-site manager for added security and service.
There are plans to make capital improvements as well as implement a new facility management software system according to the release.
West Coast Self-Storage Group is a self-storage property management, acquisition, and development company headquartered in Everett. The company currently reports having 65 managed and owned locations with 48 stores in Washington, 8 stores in Oregon, and 9 stores in California. According to their website, they also manage the north Bellingham Pacific Self Storage facility at 4340 Pacific Highway.
