PSE reports power has been restored to all effected by this morning’s outage.
6:20am UPDATE
About 100 neighbors have had their power restored and the outage is now blamed on a bird or other animal. The new estimate for restoring power for the remaining 140 is 7am.

As of 5:50am, no cause had been given but neighbors along S Church and Douglas Roads are waking this morning to discover they are without power.
Initial report of the outage was about 5:30am according to Puget Sound Energy (PSE) and over 250 of their customers are without power.
As of 5:50am, the estimate for when power would be restored was 8am.
