City of Ferndale Public Works announced a private developer will be installing a utility and storm crossing to service a 17-lot subdivision being developed east of Malloy Avenue. This work will be occurring on Malloy Avenue Friday, April 28th, and Monday, May 1st. As a result, it will be necessary to reduce traffic to one lane from 8:30am to 5pm both days while the work is going on.
Flaggers will be in place to alternate the direction of traffic flow through the work area which is located between Seamount Drive and Hillside Place (see map).
