VanderYacht Park visitors were able to enjoy a lake created by last weekend’s flooding as they walked the path around the park. Today, November 18th, the lake has returned with the new flooding but with much more gusto. The Nooksack River overflow has overtaken and cutoff part of the path in the southeast corner of the park.
Seagulls are thoroughly enjoying the new water feature as is the occasional dog in the off-leash park.
