It has been a day full of road closures, power outages, trees and power lines down and high winds to blame. So what will you face heading home?
Road Closures
At this point, only Grandview Road between Kickerville Road and N Star Road is closed as crews work to repair power lines and clean up a tree that fell across the road.
Power Outages
Will your home be dark? Neighborhoods currently impacted by power outages in the Ferndale area are as follows:
- Along Marine Drive, Country Lane and Hoff Road between the river and Jones Lane (was expected to be restored earlier this afternoon)
- South of Scott Road between Chief Martin Road and Lummi Shore Road
- Decatur Drive and Waldron Drive neighborhoods north of Decatur Drive
- South end of Cirrus Court
- Sievers Way neighborhood
- Many neighborhoods in the area between Kickerville Road, Grandview Road, Olson Road and Mountain View Road.
- Yukon Way neighborhood
- Lattimore Road and Neevell Road
