Learn Applique Beading with Lummi Artist
Earline Hanson will demonstrate the art of sewing beads onto leather using the colors and pattern of the Native American medicine wheel. Audience members will be able to make their own pin or barrette.
Apple Blossom Celebration & Open Farm
Guided walking tours of an orchard in full bloom and of a working American specialty cut flower farm. Learn about the stages of apple development, honey bees and their role in the orchard and flower farm and how local mass-produced flowers are grown sustainably.
