First responders were dispatched to the 1500 block of Slater Road, west of the railroad tracks due to a report of car vs motorcycle crash about 6:50am, today, August 27th.
Radio transmissions from the scene indicated the motorcyclist suffered minor injuries and the motorcycle was stuck under another vehicle.
Whatcom County Fire District 8 fire fighters and a Fire District 7 aid unit arrived at the scene. The motorcyclist was treated and released at the scene with minor injuries. No other injuries were reported.
The incident was partially blocking Slater Road for about an hour.
Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
