TRAFFIC
Washington Street between Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue remains closed to through traffic until at least September. The official detour route is via Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue.
The I-5 roadwork between Ferndale and Blaine has been suspended until Monday night due to weather.
