WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — Weather forecasters in the US and Canada are in agreement that wintery weather and temperatures are a thing of the past, with low temperatures expected above freezing beginning today, Friday, February 14, 2025.
Low temperatures have been below freezing since February 2, 2025. They are now expected to be in the mid-30s to about 40° through Thursday. and above 40° for the days following.
Along with warmer temperatures, the probability of precipitation is also expected to increase, ending a similar multi-day stretch of dry weather. Rainfall totals are not expected to be significant and current Nooksack River level forecasts remain well below flood stage.
