SUMAS, Wash. — Puget Sound Energy reported power has been restored to hundreds in the Sumas area who had been without since early yesterday.
Official reports are that, while grateful to have power again, roads into and around Sumas remain impassable due to floodwaters and residents continue to be asked to shelter in place.
