Flags at half-staff to honor Scalia

A Presidential Proclamation was issued on February 13th directing flags be lowered to half-staff in honor of US Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia who recently died.

Flags are to remain at half-staff until sunset on the day of Scalia’s interment close of business or sunset on Saturday, February 20, 2016, or first thing Monday morning, February 22, 2016.
