Expect a big weather swing this week

This week will start with warmer and dryer weather but give way to unseasonably wetter and colder weather according to forecasters.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service say a high pressure system is expected to arrive tonight and stick around through Tuesday bringing dry and warmer weather. Temperatures are expected to reach the mid 70s.

But, by Thursday, there will be a transition to unseasonably wet and chilly weather due to an unusually strong low pressure system. Forecasters say temperatures may fail to reach 60° Thursday through Sunday.
