LYNDEN, Wash. — First responders were dispatched to the Guide Meridian and Main Street in Lynden due to a report of a head-on crash about 9:45am on Sunday, March 6th.
Initial reports from the scene were that at least 1 person was injured and that a Subaru sedan and a Nissan pickup had collided in the intersection. The Subaru was reported to have heavy front-end damage.
Lynden Fire Department Assistant Fire Chief Ryan Yoshimoto told Whatcom News they had a total of 5 patients from 3 vehicles and 1 was transported to PeaceHealth St Joseph Medical Center via a medic unit via advance life support (ALS) protocol.
