Construction recently began on three three-story apartment buildings just east of LaBounty Drive.

According to documents on file with the city, the LaBounty Apartments project will result in about 75 apartments total across the three buildings.
The applicant and owner is listed at LaBounty Sky, LLC which shows Sergey and Svetlana Savchuk as its governing members.
