As the river appears to begin cresting, minor flooding is forecast for some areas along the Nooksack River.
The Nooksack River is currently forecast to crest just below minor flood stage or lower.
The final ballot count was reported on November 28th.
Southerly gusts up to 50mph are expected.
Sustained winds of 30 to 40mph are expected.
While air quality has improved, residents are being asked to limit indoor wood burning.
"Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations."
Snow accumulations of up to 3 feet are possible.
