A grant has been awarded toward the first phase of an expansive facility on the 37-acre parcel.
Work is expected to continue to late August.

Repair work will replace missing material across a 125-foot area.
There could be between 100 to 150 residential units possible.
Products offered include clothing, pet supplies, tractor/trailer parts, lawn/garden supplies, sprinkler/irrigation parts, power tools, fencing and welding and pump supplies.
The fourplexes will provide 3 different floorplans in 2- and 3-story buildings.
