The holidays are typically a difficult time for the blood supply because of travel, family commitments, bad weather, and illness, but the need for donated blood doesn’t take a break!
Last year we saw one of our most severe post-Thanksgiving blood inventory crises in years – and we are doing all we can to avoid that this year. We need your help. Any donations within the next couple of weeks will ensure area hospitals have what they need to save lives as we head into the holidays. We hope to see you there!
Neighbors are encouraged to share their health by participating in the upcoming Ferndale Community Blood Drive this Friday, December 2nd. Bring a friend, family member, neighbor or co-worker to double your impact.
